1. When does the warranty begin?

It begins the day you place your order.

2. What is a valid proof of purchase?

An Amazon order number for a purchase made through Marsquest Sunglasses on Amazon.

A dated sales receipt from an authorized Reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price.

3. Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?

The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.

4. My lenses are damaged or scratched, how do I get them fixed?

If your Marsquest lenses have taken a tumble and are damaged, please contact our customer support at support@marsquest.co to purchase a discounted lens packet.

1. When will my order ship?

After you place your order, your shades will ship in 1-2 business days. If you order after business hours, please expect you order to process in 1-2 business days. If you order on the weekend, your order will process on the next business day.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • Shipment within US and Canada: 2-5 business days
  • Order in USA (buy from Amazon): depending on the shipping option selected at Amazon
  • International Shipping: 14-28 business days depending of the country (shipping may be delayed longer if the custom in your country take long time for package clearance)

3. Are there additional fees for international orders?

Every country has varying tariffs and customs duties for importing sunglasses and it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of their own sovereign government's schedule of customs duties, fees and taxes.

At this time, our store only accepts US dollars. Your card will be charged in USD and a conversion rate will be applied to your home currency

Please include correct telephone contact information in your order to ensure that you can be reached in the case of a customs issue.

4. Do you provide Free Shipping?

  • Orders over $50 are eligible for the Free Shipping(US and Canada only) Feature.
  • Orders over $50 for rest of the countries are eligible for reduced shipping fee.
